SPA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All treatment times stated include consultation time and changing time.
  • Please notify the Receptionist if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions at time of booking.
  • If your chosen treatment is unsuitable for you at time of consultation, an alternative will be offered.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your treatment for consultation.
  • 16’s and over only. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Unless part of a Spa Package or a Hotel Resident, your treatments do not permit access to our Leisure Facilities. This needs to be booked additionally and will be chargeable.

7am - 8pm | 7 days a week

N.B. No entry 30 minutes prior to closing time.

TREATMENT ROOM

9am - 7pm | 7 days a week

N.B. Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time and note that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their scheduled treatment time.

RESTAURANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

For Lunch and dinner bookings your card will be authorised at the time of booking. Tables can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your seating time with no cancellation fee. After this time or in the case of a no show, £10 per person will be charged to the card provided. For Afternoon Tea reservations a payment of £10 per person is required. This will be deducted from your bill at the time of settlement. If cancelled after the cancellation period of 24 hours has passed the deposit will be charged as a no show fee. If cancelled prior to the 24 hour cancellation the deposit will be kept on hold for up to 6 months to use towards a future booking. All dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking.
